Help Us Give Retired and Rescued Horses a Second Chance
At Well Equestrians, we believe every horse deserves a life of connection, purpose, and kindness. That’s why we’re launching a nonprofit rescue and retraining program focused on Standardbreds and Amish cart horses—gentle, hardworking horses often overlooked after their driving careers are over.
This program is a soft launch of our new mission-driven arm, and we’re excited to invite you to be part of it from the very beginning.
What we do
We take in a small number of sound, sane, and willing horses—usually those coming out of the racing or carting world—and give them a second career through thoughtful, professional training. Our goal is to help each horse become the ideal family trail partner or explore their potential in dressage, jumping, or western riding—whatever suits them best.
These horses receive full-time care, individualized training five days a week, and plenty of love—so that they can be matched with the perfect lifelong home.
How you can help
-
Donors to sponsor the care and training of our current rescue horses
-
Business partners and local sponsors to support this pilot phase
-
Horse lovers and community members to help us spread the word
Your support goes directly towards board, farrier, vet care, and training.
Important note

We will keep all donors updated and provide official receipts once our status is confirmed.
